Amount columns
Columns ending in _AMT are always restored. Tick any other column the agent filled with amounts.
Open in Excel. Phone or email previews may show old numbers or blanks.
Backup
The backup holds your templates, the codes and the real names behind them. It is as sensitive as the original data. Don't forward it or give it to AI.
